Knee socks with short brown dress

I loved this woman's look with white knee socks, loafers, and short brown dress. Who knew that would look so good on a bike?

    That is a cute outfit.
    Moving on to other commentary, out of four cars parked pointing downhill, there's one driver too stupid to care if his car's PARK-lock or parking brake fails his car will roll out into traffic.
