I do know that it looks so perfect, so quintessentially San Francisco, with the short dress (is that a dress or a skirt?), t-shirt, leggings, fixie, brooks saddle, hair cut.... All I know is that she looked so good when she pulled up next to me at a Mission red light that I asked if I could record her look for posterity.

I don't know what's wrong with me, but my first thought was: "that chain looks awfully slack". I'm sure the fixie orthodox would also frown on having not just one, but two brakes, though I'd personally give that a thumbs up.
I believe that the leggings and the skirt are made of the same stretchy material. The skirt seems to be a long, tube top of sorts, faux separated by the belt and stretched over a t-shirt. From what I can tell anyway..
