Let's just put it this way: The folks in Curitiba are fun!
I made one phone call and in return I made seven new friends!
Here we are defying authority and riding bikes where we're not supposed to!
When we got to the Oscar Niemeyer Museum, I felt a portrait coming on...
...that I then needed to be part of! (What's a party without KT?!?)
Enough sightseeing! Let's go get a beer!
I felt much better after a few libations.
As did Constance!
We rode around from about 8:30 pm to 2 am. The Chopper is not as badass as it looks. It was the only bike to get a flat tire! No worries, we had enough bike-savvy peeps to fix things up right quick.
Upon leaving us at our hotel, Jean impressively piled up his two extra bikes on the back of The Chopper. By the way, do you recognize him? He's the one and only guy with the chainsaw!
Muita obrigada to all my bike friends in Curitiba for showing me a most excellent, unforgettable night on the town!
